Casa Laurel luxury villa is our Spanish dream home on the Costa Blanca. We are very proud to be able to share our villa with you; a detached house in pretty gardens, terraces, solarium, swimming pool, BBQ area and off road parking for 3 cars. For those of you who prefer to socialise, the villa also shares a large communal pool with a number of other properties within a few seconds walk. Villamartin undulates gently to the sea and is very close to the beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig. It is ideal for all year round living with activities throughout the year. Famous personalities who also own villas in this area are the TV/radio presenter, Terry Wogan and footballer Steve McManamon. There are 2 excellent golf courses in addition to other activities include tennis, riding and cycling. The villa is built amongst the heart of Villamartin and is next to Villagolf Plaza with its many international restaurants. All year round the cafes and terraces buzz to the sound of happy residents enjoying the night life. There is also a supermarket for all your essential needs during your stay.
